About Gaza News Live

Gaza News Live is an independent news site. Its aim is simple: let people inside and outside Gaza know what is happening in every part of the Strip, quickly and clearly.

What we publish

• Security events: airstrikes, shelling, gunfire, incursions and demolitions.
• Internal security: armed clashes and fights, road blocking and theft.
• Humanitarian access: evacuation orders, closed roads and crossings, attacks on aid convoys and aid workers.

How we work

We follow public Palestinian news channels on Telegram around the clock. Our system reads every new post, leaves out anything not about the Gaza Strip, merges posts about the same event into one item, and sets its area and severity. Every item names its source and links to the original post. Details are in our editorial policy.

Severity levels

• Critical: any attack, gunfire, killing or injury, and new evacuation orders.
• High: demolitions, theft, road blocking, crossing closures and new movement restrictions.
• Medium: drone activity without a strike, threats and troop movements.
• Low: analysis and reactions.
